Its Finnish site now says it is winding the business down: personal account and payment services ended on 31 March 2025, company and housing-company accounts were closed and their payment services ended on 30 June 2025, and the corporate online bank closed permanently that August. Loans and other existing contracts continue for the time being. Parts of the business were sold rather than wound down, to S-Pankki and Henki-Fennia in December 2024 and to Oma Saastopankki in September 2024, so a customer whose account moved should look there. There is no single successor for the branch itself.
